I am someone who always try to do the things in my control, the most perfect way. For those “perfect ” moms, each task is like a mission, which is to be accomplished perfectly. But this comes with an enormous amount of stress, and the end result, more often, is an unsatisfied, exhausted ME.

Quite recently i came across a book title “Present Over Perfect: Leaving Behind Frantic for a Simpler, More Soulful Way of Living” by Shauna Niequist.

We, moms hardly get time to spend on ourselves, reading a full book is a far option. Hence, i tried to get a few tips from this book to embrace our present over perfect, and share it here.
